I deposited with them, played, and requested a withdrawal. The first one was paid without issue, but the second time they asked for documents, which I provided. The last straw was when they asked for bank statements from the last three months showing my deposits to the platform. This is illogical because I deposited through Binance, so even if I shared my bank statement, it wouldn't be reflected in my account. I explained this to them, and they insisted it had to be done. Completely absurd. For just 71 euros, they've revealed what thieves they are.

Winnings are rare, when you win something, you can't even prove the account from which the withdrawals were made with a bank statement. Documents sent via email are not accepted. Approval is slow anyway. €560 winnings were unpaid for 1.5 weeks, when I supposedly couldn't prove the withdrawal from my bank account. I sent dozens of the documents they requested and over and over again. When I threatened further action, they froze my account completely. In the end, I got my winnings, the account is still frozen. I have no intention of ever playing at this casino again

I must preface this by saying that I'm always a bit skeptical of online casinos and their various websites. That was also the case with OscarSpin at first. However, after making deposits and experiencing the wide variety of games, I was very impressed and only thought the site had the best to offer. However, when I wanted to make my first withdrawal, I also had to undergo a KYC check and verification. In my opinion, this took a rather long time, but after a long wait and several emails, I was finally fully verified and able to make my first withdrawal. Speaking of withdrawals, I'm currently a Gold VIP member and I generally have absolutely no problems with them. In most cases, the money is in my account one business day after I request a withdrawal. What can be really frustrating at times is the need to submit multiple withdrawal requests. For example, I wanted to withdraw €3000, but due to withdrawal limits, I had to make three separate withdrawals of €1000 each. As I said, it's incredibly annoying when one withdrawal is processed as usual the next day, but you have to wait up to five business days for the others. So much for some of the downsides of OscarSpin. In contrast, the VIP customer service team is extremely committed to addressing your concerns quickly and always providing you with a very friendly and accurate answer. Wie oben schon erwähnt bin ich sehr zufrieden mit OscarSpin und meiner Meinung nach sind die negativen Rezensionen von Spielern die möglicherweise verloren haben und das Pech sozusagen nicht einsehen wollen. I've made many deposits and everything was just fine.But of course when i won some money they kept asking me for documents and i keep uploading them. I've contacted support like four times only to resent documents that i have upload. I've had a withdrawal of €51 since June 4th and I still haven't received it. The casino asks for verifications, accepts them and instead of sending the money asks for more. This casino should be blacklisted. I have rarely experienced such a bad casino. They offer two bonuses: one 150% bonus with 100 free spins, and one 125% bonus with 150 free spins. After making a deposit, however, you only get a 100% bonus with 50 free spins. So, it's a blatant lie, a fake bonus. And even worse: if you select a bonus with a deposit, the maximum win is limited to 5 times the bonus amount. That's also very low and very bad. Even if you cancel the bonus, you have to wager through the deposit once. And the RTP is so low that even with a wager through once, more than 70% of the money is gone. Incredibly bad. More than 95% of the spins are dead spins. This casino is very bad. Stay away.

Hi I played their 1st welcome bonus and lost, going on to the 2nd welcome bonus I was winning good and when my wagering was done my balance went from 22k to 6k and I didnt know why, checking all the terms and information I cant find any information about any max win for this bonus. Talking to support I could confirm this that there was no information or terms about this max win on their bonuses but when askig them they say there is a 5x max win. When I confronted that fact that this information is nowhere to find he basicly just said: Its your opinion. Not trying to resolve or nothing just saying do I want anything else or can I close the chat.
Dont play here, there is plenty of casinos that dont scam you with fake terms thats not displayed.
Edit: Keep on faking, there was no rule in place anywere in the terms when I wrote the review, I even have the chat transcript comfirming this when I talked to the support agent, if there would have been a term anywhere then he would have just showed me that.

I'm a verified user. Last Tuesday, I deposited $400 and bet over $1,000 meeting all the requirements. However, they've blocked my Mercado Pago withdrawal option (without any specific explanation) and are demanding I deposit again to "activate" other methods.
