Very poor first experience. 20 minutes delay between depositing and money showing on account. Awful RTP - spending far more than the ‘buy now’ feature and once finally getting one, rubbish returns. Rampant game manipulation - all casinos do it but this one seems shameless about it. The moment you spend (lose) your money and enter bonus territory the games restarts and plays like it should have when spent cash. Maybe you’ll have a better experience but I can’t recommend this site at all. Well I deposited $200 with a $200 matched bonus applied. They play your cash first and then the bonus cash comes second I lost the first $200 hardly any wins at all ,very minor when is it that. Then once the bonus money was all that was left I started winning and was up to $1,200 I spent about 5 days between 1200 down to 800 back up to 1200 and. Then I logged in to find all of my earnings had disappeared. Upon reading the fine print I noticed that they put a timer on their bonuses and if you don't spend a 40x pay-through amount of the bonus within that time frame they just take your earnings away. Now maybe my fault for not reading these things before depositing but I was quite disgusted with such antics and I don't believe they'll be getting any more business from me.

Even though your account is verified with online verification you are still asked for a bunch of documents via email. And unfortunately this is not only ID or a selfie. But this is selfie with ID in hand, selfie with ID in hand and a paper with todays date and casino name in the background where your device displays your casino account. In addition to that there are requirements for address proof which is normal but in my case as it was crypto deposit they asked not only for a screenshot of the transaction but also my wallet's balance which is a personal thing. It is the same thing as asking to send bank statement and it must show how much money you have in your account.
