To make a long story short, after about 50 emails saying my PDF (just a copy-paste) wasn't in that format, it dawned on me that this casino didn't want to pay me. Unfortunately, I later looked for reviews on social media and realized it's a tactic they use to make you desperate and offend them so they can close your account and not pay you.
About a month later, I started receiving extortion calls on my cell phone. Curiously, they knew all my information and the amounts they deposited into my account, which led me to believe they used my bank statements to try to extort me. So be careful.
