If you win, do not celebrate because you are very unlikely to ever see that money. The maximum withdrawal allowed is only $500 per day, and they claim that reaching higher VIP levels increases the limit to $750 and then $1,200. In reality, this system is designed to push players to gamble more just to access their own winnings, which works completely against you.

They advertise that withdrawals are processed within three business days, but in my experience nothing has been processed at all. I have been playing with this casino for weeks and have not completed a single successful withdrawal despite multiple attempts.

After reaching a new VIP level, a "VIP host" contacting me promising 24/7 support, bonuses, and personal assistance through WhatsApp, Telegram, and email. Since then, I have contacted the "vip host " numerous times across every platform for over seven days and have received no reply whatsoever. This so-called VIP support appears to be nothing more than an automated message designed to give the illusion of service.

When attempting to freeze or close the account, the situation becomes even worse. Support states that only the VIP manager can close the account, yet the VIP manager does not respond. At the same time, they warn that funds left in the account may not be processed if the account is closed, effectively trapping players and discouraging withdrawals.

Live chat conversations are also frequently closed without resolution, leaving no proper record of your attempts to contact them. I contacted this casino over two weeks ago clearly requesting that my account be permanently closed because gambling on their platform has been causing serious emotional and mental distress. I agree with others that this casino should be removed and I’ve no idea how it has as high a rating.
I won $29,000, I waited 6 days for any sort of progress on a withdrawal (for which you can only withdrawal $800! Very low!)
Nothing, kept getting told to wait.

After depositing on this site, I contacted live support for the deposit bonus sent to my email, as it didn't give me the bonus. After a few minutes the live chat proceeded to inform me that my account was now closed due to me having a duplicate account! ... I tried to explain that over a year ago also via live chat that I had already informed them I was not longer able to recieve emails to the email address they had and I made up a new one so please shut the old account. As far as I was told this was done. Obviously not!!
I emailed support and they shut me down pretty much calling me a liar ... well guess what I just found the email of that chat last year and have just sent it to them.

Unfortunately, as an experienced casino tester, I have to say that this casino is one of the worst you've ever experienced.
1. The support via e-mail does not respond "2 days since sending the support mail"
2. The support chat is underground, the employees don't understand what you want. End the chat if you don't know what to do or if you can't/don't want to help.
3. A transaction / withdrawals are processed very slowly! That shouldn't happen at a reputable casino
4. The limits are very bad, you can pay out a maximum of €500 a day, this is a tactic used by the casinos to reinvest big wins!!!

Some technical problem with slots, few dont open at all, some you have to re-open every 5 minutes.

Hello, here are my experiences with neon, which I also gave when I closed my account:

For some deposits, the bonus is credited immediately. With others you have to contact the support, then there is the 50% bonus and the FS immediately, with others the 50% is credited and the support has to be contacted again for the FS.

In the case of transfers via "Sofortüberweisung", it is then stated that the deposit will take several days to be credited, depending on the day of the week. Even if the day is reached, you have to contact support and send the deposit slip.

Even that is no guarantee that the deposit will be credited and you will not be informed that the payment has been credited. You simply notice a higher account balance.

Even today, I'm missing €50 from a deposit that wasn't credited despite the receipt being sent.

All in all, it's very tiring when you know up front that almost every deposit requires more contact requests.

Cashbacks, which are granted in different amounts from level 3, must be applied for every week, there is no automatism. Also, this only applies to live casino games, not slots. There are much better VIP programs out there.

I have played at this casino for sometime. From the beginning I tried to verify my account but still at this time the verification section says it requires nothing from me.
Today I tried to make a withdrawal of €3200. It would not allow me and a message popped up stating my limit was 3000. I then tried 3000 and a message again popped up to say my limit was 500.
I withdrew 500 and went to withdraw again and it said I had reached my withdrawal limit.

Preferably no star at all. Always technical problems in the middle of the game. -"Server problem"...customer service was stressed out because of technical problems. I've complained umpteen times it always says let me check it out for a moment. When asked about compensation, the answer I got was 50 euros deposit then bonus. For two months I have been trying to make a withdrawal of 300 euros but they have always blocked the transfer once for banking problems another with Visa again because I had to use a PC then when I used it they did not know the reason why it was not good however in the end I destroyed all the capital and closed the account
