I deposited €400, played up to €1300 until suddenly my profile was blocked, the reason being that I had exceeded my loss limit. €100 remained in the account, which I then tried to withdraw. I received an email stating that the money had been returned to my Mr Green account because the IBAN was incorrect?! A second email stated that further documents were required and that I would send them. Since then... Nothing!!!! No information, no payment, nothing!

I wouldn't recommend this casino anymore. Back in the day, it was still a good place to play at Mr. Green. Now it's very tedious and often frustrating. My favorite games aren't there anymore either. 100 spins per minute and 90% of them are duds. Every time and in every game. Unfortunately, the stated RTPs aren't accurate. I'm out of here.

I contacted the complaint service by email and the next day they unblocked my account. It is a good casino, since I played, lost and won. I withdrew my winnings without problems. Their biggest drawback is communication, since they have a live chat that is "hidden" and is not available all day.
