Hello! I have been struggling with the problem for almost 30 days now, uploading a card confirmation document, which is a PDF file, to verify the account! I did this today, because the expert is waiting for this document! The system could not verify my account again, probably! I have to wait 48 or 72 hours again and I will get the answer that it is not good! What should I do in this case?

Hello! I last spoke to customer service yesterday! The proof of residence and my personal identification were successfully completed, I only have a problem with the payment document! They are waiting for the confirmation certificate for the REVOLUTOS CARD, which I downloaded and sent to them, but it is still not working, I don't know what to do then. I've been talking to customer service every day for almost a month now.

Hello Nick! I started talking to customer service on 2024.10.08! During this time I managed to upload almost everything! Where I got stuck was the payment method! They asked for a REVOLUTOS card verification document, which they described step by step! I complied and downloaded a PDF file of the requested document! Please help because I don't understand! Thank you Nick!
