      I haven't had a good feeling about this casino for a long time. You can't win anymore.
      I'm aware that it's all coincidence, luck, etc. who wins and who doesn't, it should definitely be.
      Unfortunately, I no longer believe that in this casino. Game processes are almost always the same. Slots (games) start to jerk at a certain point in time, run jerkily or even jump further when you could win, so that no longer wins.       Hello, everyone,

      I'm a VIP player at Maneki and have already deposited quite a few euros and of course paid them out a few times. Maneki used to be my favorite casino but now I'm just annoyed. My last payout was 400 euros and it was on October 6th, 2022. I haven't seen the money yet, although the payment was confirmed directly. After several requests to the chat + support could not help me. The standard statement is that it would be up to my bank. That's a lie, my bank hasn't marked any sales + transfers from casinos in the N1 group usually arrive on the same or the next working day at the latest (also normal for Maneki). Over time, withdrawals took longer and became more complicated (additional documents requested, although everything was there). Meanwhile, my emails are not even answered anymore, and that as a customer and VIP player for years. She doesn't even want to send me a receipt or a transaction confirmation. You can imagine what that means. All account details were already pre-registered and matched!
      The slots often run miserably + deposit bonuses are low and have too high a turnover.

      BUT: I've been playing there for a long time, stupidly. Here you win very badly and much more difficult and less than in some other casinos where I play. Very mysterious. You tend to feel ripped off here. There are also software problems with Maneki, you are only put off and nothing happens. No help. Actually mostly play without bonuses.       up to July we had the problem that regularly with deposits, the extra bonuses etc. what you get was not booked. However, you only need it if you contact support immediately.). Payout 1k did not work at first because account verification was not through. 2 days later Floyd had contacted via email and the payout would go. The one where had made was always only on "Pending" because the account was not verified.
      Weekly and monthly tournaments come with good prize pools / hundreds of free spins.
