Really slow and cumbersome KYC and therefore slow withdrawals.
Identification required me to: - 7 emails - sending the same document multiple times - new "rules" were always introduced, e.g. the screenshot of the deposit must be in pdf format - The driver's license photo is too blurry - Replace your passport. - Customer service demanded a withdrawal to a Euteller account number, which of course is not my account number - really confusing
My conclusion is that the casino is trying to make the withdrawal mentally really difficult so that the player would decide to play the winnings back. I can't think of any other reason.
