(11/2024) HERE WE GO AGAIN, PEOPLE!!! This will be my 3rd payout with this casino and it has been a little over month since i requested a payout and it only took them a few days after the request was made to approve it, BUT ever since then, my winnings have not been processed yet and its taking soooo long. Every week, Ive been contacting the withdrawal CS and all they have to tell me is the exact same automated message that my winnings have been approved and are waiting for the next payout date and will email me soon....they can never give a real, live explanation for anything and this will be the last time i play here. When i asked the CS representative what the usual process time was, whether its week or 2 weeks, he never responded and disconnected the chat...So, no, Lucky Hippo is not the place to try to win money, because if you do, youll be waiting a really long time for your winnings. They do pay you, but will TAKE FOREVER! I'm saying like, a month and a half to actually get your money. I play at 2 other casinos that deposits my winnings within 6-10 business days after request, so i suggest you look for a highly rated casino from real reviewers and not paid reviews. OLDER POST: (June, 2024) The casino itself is good, BUT my withdraw is taking FOREVER! This morning i requested a payout of mu winnings which is only $500. I did not even get a response or at least acknowledge from this casino that they have received my request. Now i have been trying to reach them and for some reason i cannot start a chat conversation with them. It says contact them through email or chat but i have no access, looks like my account is blocked. This is scam and not a good casino to play with. I have made some deposits through bitcoin which they took out fast everytime i make a deposit.

I'm kinda anxious about the withdrawal methods. I made my first withdrawal that had a maximum amount. I ended with well over that and they still took the chip amount from the max withdrawal. And, they didn't take certain BTC addresses, which was very strange to me, So I had to use a different wallet and come to find out, I'm reading you have to you whatever BTC address you verify with, which could be anything because they change continuously with my wallets. I really hope I actually get my BTC . Today it shows as processed but it's not on the Blockchain. Apparently, they say this when the company that processes the withdrawals gets the info to send winnings. This makes me uncomfortable and frustrated. I don't know if I'll be back yet. Depends on if I get my BTC today or not.
