I deposited INR 31700 in Leonbet on 26 Apr 2023 I did live casino and sport bet and slot gameplay around INR 40000,When I made a withdrawal, I canceled the withdrawal 3 times after that email came to slot, live sports gameplay while I bet in all,On repeated chat someone was asking me to do some amount of gameplay someone my account is verified and I didn't use any bonus,Leonbet term condition I had to bet in live casino, sport, slot with full deposit but after doing all the withdrawal was canceled

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.

Unfortunately, this is one of the most basic AML (anti-money laundering) rules and we cannot penalize the casino for asking you to complete the deposit wagering requirements.

Could you please advise if you used the whole deposited amount before requesting the withdrawal?
