Kazoom Casino Review

A player from Finland implemented a gambling ban on a casino and its sister casinos in 2020 but was still able to play at Kazoom and Dunder casinos. Despite several attempts to enforce the ban, the player claims the casinos are not taking responsibility and delaying responses. The player also has proof of communication regarding the ban.

The player from North Macedonia had experienced a delayed withdrawal despite having verified his account twice and repeatedly submitting the requested documents. There had been no response via email. The player's ID had been verified, but there were issues with the proof of address. He had submitted multiple documents, but the casino did not approve them. After two weeks, the player had received his withdrawal. Consequently, we had marked the complaint as 'resolved' in our system.

The player struggled to verify her account as the casino kept requesting new documents. After making contact with the casino, the player was asked to provide one further document that was required to complete the verification. Upon doing so, the account was verified and the player then withdrew and received their payment without further issue.

The player from Ontario had requested a withdrawal less than two weeks prior to submitting the complaint. The payment hadn't been processed at that time. We had advised her to be patient and wait for at least 14 days after requesting the withdrawal. We also extended the timer by 7 days to allow for any further updates. Eventually, the player confirmed that she had received her withdrawal, leading us to mark the complaint as resolved.

The player from Japan had an account locked for a 'regular review' since October 11, 2023, exceeding the indicated 5 business days duration. Meanwhile, he has submitted necessary documents for withdrawal but has received no conclusive replies, barring claims that the review is ongoing. This issue arises while attempting to withdraw $20,000 winnings. The issue has been resolved successfully.
