Then contacted via chat, explained and sent 10 emails. Would be fine and get the amount refunded. However, nothing more heard. Commitment via app still as proof. Turned out to be a mistake afterwards, had to do further investigation. Nobody has heard anything yet. Indicated to report to Dutch gambling authorities, legal assistance and give people a warning on social media. Is an illegal casino with a license, but does not adhere to cruks exclusions. Very difficult to reach, hardly respond to emails. Not reachable by telephone at all. Beware
