I was under the impression that withdrawals can not be withheld when they ask for more documents.. I just feel that something is not right these casinos happily take deposits but when it comes to withdrawals they make it so hard for us customers.. Oh dear dear, that’s a first time I have experience like this. Asked me to send verification documents- I did! I live in Northern Ireland for over 10years but my nationality is Lithuania, because was born there. And they start questioning me why my passport/nationality is not matching country where I logged in from etc. Is casinos now are making racist comments? Disgusted!
