The player from Sweden successfully deposited 320$ worth of ETH to JackBit Casino, but the funds were not credited to his casino wallet. Despite contacting support via chat and email, he feels that the issue remains unresolved.
I have deposit 320$ worth of ETH to JackBit Casino, the amount did go out of my sender wallet successfully and never was charged to my casino ETH wallet!
Such things should never happen! I took contact with their onlinechat support! But i think their support isnt allowed to procees payments and solve such issues!
i contacted their email payments@jackbit.com but i think they will never respond!
I need my money as soon as possible! We don’t have time for bullshit issues!
