After a win I am told that I do not need a document proving where the money comes from. I played little and got lucky. I am currently out of work and cannot provide paychecks. And they don't want to give me the winnings. I wait another week, after which I will take action

It is required in every single casino to verify yourself and your payment method in order to be able to withdraw.
I would recommend to follow the casino's instruction and send them the requested documents otherwise we can do nothing as well.

Good evening. I have validated all my documents. But I've only been paid a third of my winnings so far. When I receive the remainder, I will remove the report.

I can undrstand your frustration but I can assure you that there are some casinos which need much more time to process a withdrawal. In your case - where the casino has already paid you some of your balance I wouldn't be afraid that you won't get it. Also if you are dissatisfied there are plenty of casinos where you can prevent things like these to happen. For know I would really only recommend to wait a little bit longer.
