Beware of HighRoller.com's verification process.
I have played here before, many times. I have deposited with my Debit Mastercard and Interac E-Transfers.
I am fully verified already, couple years ago for BOTH payment options too.
I deposited on this site after not playing there for around a few months via Interac E-transfer. A total of $300 that day. I ran it up to around $2600 and then settled on withdrawing $2000. I put my request in and I was expecting it quickly as all others have come within hours. I was VERY surprised when I got an email saying I needed to verify.
I thought ok no big deal, I'll send in the info again. However, this time they want a bank statement that is in PDF format only. Why is this a problem? Because the bank only generates a statement PDF format once per month. This is NOT common. Asking for screenshots is, but what they want is NOT. All this is doing is purposely making a customer wait in the hopes they play their winnings and lose. I did send in screenshots with this explanation but I am getting back the same canned response about PDF format monthly statement.
I have only encountered this issue of monthly PDF statement only with one other site, Twin.com. It took a few days of pestering employees on linkedIn, email, personal and work phone numbers, employees on social media etc, forums and reddit before they came around. I am prepared to do that again with Highroller.com if I cannot get this resolved.
I have played on 100s of sites. This PDF format only has only been asked for once.
So, beware of playing on HighRoller.com as if you are asked for this, you won't be able to collect your winnings for awhile.

Update 10/13/2023: I played again with no bonus and STILL couldn't play all the slots. The chat rep was friendly but couldn't tell me why. The slots are tight, tight, tight. No fun here.
I was very unimpressed. I used a welcome bonus and regretted it immediately. I was severely limited to what slots I could play. There was no filter so I had to hunt and peck. I used the chat service and the rep told me I could play slots from three providers. That wasn't true. I was limited to those slots but a lot of them were not available to me because of my bonus.
