Hallmark is a complete and total ripoff! I won 572.55 and had a balance of over 800. First withdrawal request of 700 was denied because I hadn't played enough in the 3 months in the game. Daily player wasn't enough? I took my withdrawal down to 572.55 which was a win amount I had a screenshot of. Not only was it denied, the coins weren't put back into my balance. Peter didn't respond after saying he would look into it. I texted a number that had texted me and was told I could have a 150 chip but that's all they could do for me. Thieves isn't a strong enough summation. Con artists. That is closer. This is a site that is only after your money. And a side note, when they charge your credit card for deposits it is always under a different name and Hallmark is never one they use.

If I could give no stars, I would. Everyone answered the same question I had differently. Make it so difficult to cash out that it makes you not even want to bother. I won $700 but was told that I was only able to cash out $100 because supposedly I was playing off of a $$chip that the casino gave me. Which was a complete and total lie and I had proof from my credit card statement that I was playing with my own money and then to get the measley $100, I had to jump through 17 different hoops, dig up my dead dog, call in the Coast Guard, send them a message in a bottle, turn 4 times while rubbing my belly, watch my great grandchild graduate from college and then after all of that still wait 3-4 weeks for them to even email me as to whether or not I was even eligible for the money that I won at casino. Two middle fingers to Hallmark Casino. Bunch of crooks with fake American names.

Typical Rival/BetSoft casino. Signed up with the $110 free chip. Ran my account up to over $700. When it came time to try and cash out, the only option was bank wire. They said you could withdraw using crypto currency, so I emailed them to figure out how to facilitate that. Then I used their live chat. Then emailed, then live chat, then email, etc etc etc. Never got a single response. From anyone. Still get their cheesy email promotions though. If I had to deposit some crypto in order to withdraw, I would have been perfectly fine with that, and continued to play at their casino. But the level of customer service is 0. If I get one more promotional email from "Olivia"...

The pay process was advertised as instant but it takes 10 to 12 business days to do a withdrawal plus you have to verify identification every time you make it withdrawal. And the reasoning they gave me was it it takes them 2 months to get my deposit. Then you have to consistently make a deposit before you withdraw. I don't like when I have to go through too many changes it takes the fun away from it all. Plus I don't like waiting 2 weeks to get paid if I'm not going to wait 2 weeks to put a deposit on there I shouldn't have to wait 2 weeks to get it withdrawal.... And the phone service I called that phone number several times different times throughout the day and nobody would answer I left a voicemail with my name and my number several times no one returned my call and it always says no one's there to answer the phone.
