I won money on boat bonanza on this site, I played some of the money and withdraw the majority which was 250, this was the 3rd of January, it says it takes 7-21 days for withdrawals which already I was Dubious of as I’ve never seen or heard such a long wait time, I’d been on chat a couple of times prior to today and they said it’s just checks they have to do and it’s not a scam, and today I went on chat and they said I wouldn’t be getting it and that it’s going to be cancelled and the money gone from the account entirely, because apparently you have to deposit 200 pounds before you can withdraw which is absolute rubbish as only today this was mentioned and not the previous 5/6 times I’d been on chat to check, not only that I’ve seen a quite a few reviews saying they deposited well over that amount and still didn’t get their withdrawal, they were really rude about it and not bothered in any way, I have screenshots of some chats and withdrawals for proof if needed.

Hi Veronica, I am highly sure I had deposited 15 pounds I’m not entirely sure, I thought I hadn’t but upon lookin again it says I received a welcome cash back so I must of deposited 15 pounds in order to receive 30 (deposit got matched by the casino) through this money I wagered the money I was given and then won about 285, I then withdrew 250 and played with the rest and didn’t win anything, when I went through the 250 I did all my verification checks like uploading passport, taking a selfie of my face etc. I had absolutely no problem with withdrawing it originally and it and didn’t say anything about having to deposit any money in order to withdraw. With every casino I have ever used if you go to withdraw and you haven’t met the requirements you physically cannot withdraw the money. But with this, it works straight away so I thought even better. For about a day or two it said I could cancel and then after that it said awaiting, since then I have been on the chat numerous times and the first couple of times they were okay with me and they were just saying that this is normal for it to take 7 to 21 days And the reason why it takes so long is to do verification checks etc, then when I went on chat yesterday they were very rude from the get go and said I would not be receiving the money and closed the chat straight away, I then reopened the chat and spoke to somebody else (then again I’m not even sure I did come to think of it). They said I wouldn’t be receiving it because I hadn’t deposited enough money but this was never mentioned at the start or even during the first couple of chats that I had with them and like I said yesterday when I spoke to them all of a sudden, that’s the case and that’s the reason why I’m not getting my money, not only not getting my money. I then asked for it to be put back in my account so I could play with it if I wasn’t receiving the money to see what they would say and then they said no that they’ll be cancelling the money altogether. Surely if I can’t withdraw it at least let me wager it or whatever? Its been two weeks today since I actually put the withdraw request in. I’m absolutely gutted because I was kind of relying on this money. And even though it would’ve annoyed me if they told me this from the start or actually had it in the rules and regulations or had it where it was more apparent to be seen then I wouldn’t have been nowhere near as an angry or annoyed or upset, but I know this is a lie because I’ve seen numerous reviews saying that other people have put loads of money in and deposited money and then when they went to withdraw it haven’t got it or had to wait ages.

Unfortunately, we have come to a point where we are not able to move forward with this complaint. Generally, we would now try to get in touch with the casino and ask for their explanation, however, this one has 10+ cases closed as "No Reaction Policy," which clearly shows the casino is not interested in cooperating with us. 

Sadly, we are forced to close your complaint as "unresolved." This will affect the overall rating of the casino. I understand this isn't a satisfactory solution to your issue, however, the decrease in rating caused by unresolved complaints could change the casino's approach. 

Regrettably, we have no other choice since it seems to be a common practice for GoldenLion.bet Casino to ignore us completely in our attempts to mediate any kind of issue. Please check all our failed attempts to negotiate

We have sent numerous emails and tried to communicate with live chat representatives as well as with affiliate team members. Unfortunately, all efforts resolving any kind of issue have died as the complaints grew in numbers. We strictly recommend staying away from GoldenLion.bet Casino. I wish I could be of more help. 

The casino can reopen this complaint anytime.
