I haven't received my gift yet...when will I get it?

I can't give you an exact estimate, but sometimes it can take around 2 to 3 weeks, depending on when the players respond and when Juraj receives the prizes so he can send them out.

You don't need to worry about not receiving yours, though. You just need to be patient.

Hi, you don’t need to worry about not receiving your voucher. Juraj most likely either hasn’t received all the players’ responses yet, or he is still waiting to get the GoGift cards/vouchers.

Once all the players have replied and Juraj has the vouchers ready, he’ll send them out. So for now, you just need to be a little patient.🙂

However, the winners were given 7 days to confirm their prizes. I confirmed my win by email on August 3rd, and today is already August 20th. If some of the other winners have not responded within the 7-day period, will their prizes still be held while waiting for them?

No, definitely not. In that case, it most likely means Juraj is still waiting for the vouchers.

We wouldn’t normally wait this long just for players to reply. If someone doesn’t respond within a reasonable amount of time, they simply won’t receive the prize.🙂

You’re in the same tournament as the player before you, so you’ll need to wait as well. It should hopefully be sorted out by next week at the latest.
