So, after finishing second in the tournament, I received an email from

tournaments@casino.guru

It says I should send a return email so I can get my prize!

If I do that, I get the following answer:

Your email could not be delivered.

The following email addresses are not reachable: tournaments@casino.guru

So I can't get the prize either, what should I do??

I already wrote to you in another post; there’s no need to mention it under another tournament. Consider it taken care of, and you’ll receive your prize. If you’re having trouble sending the email, that happens sometimes.

When did you get the prize, sir? I haven't received the prize email for 2 weeks.

3 days ago I received email in which he demanded that reply this mail to confirm your email. I won on 1st of May so please wait for their email.

But my suggestion is we are players and it will better that send prize in cash to bank account or ewallets.
