And again frozen! Guys not being funny, but it freezes in every ten minutes! If you too stupid to get this ongoing problem sorted, why don't you ask an expert to fix it?! Ridiculous you lot are! Bringing a shame on your company!

Try reading my last post again. I said that Juraj is at the conference, I don't fix games or do anything with them. So try to read with understanding please, and I hope it can be corrected in the meantime, since I wrote to him about this problem.

Thanks for sharing. I tried it myself, and it ran smoothly without any freezes. It could be related to device specs or internet speed. Would you mind trying it on another device with a better connection?

Well, did you also try a more stable internet connection, please? Sounds more like a "connection socket lost" issue, which is directly connected with the connection qualities.

If it does not work, however, it is very likely an issue on the game provider's side—namely, Pragmatic Play—not Casino Guru. Games are streamed from official sources only. I'm sorry. 🙁
