I do like it, but unfortunately when playing in demo mode it freezes all the time

Could you kindly try that with other devices, preferably with higher internet quality, please?

now you see i tried on the apple desktop with a fast internet connection and unfortunately it happened again!

It's usually happens when there is a big win and the golden coins are flying up like a fountain. I made a screenshot another day, but unfortunately i cannot send it to you here.

I just tried to play it on Formatic site and the same thing happened again

That's good, did you try it only here? Do you try the demo versions before you play them in the normal casino? 🙂

The thing is, it works perfectly for me; no problem has occurred. Can you please try what I have suggested?

I haven't actually tested it here, I don't usually test before playing in casinos, thanks for the suggestion I'll start doing that!

It's okay, it was more a question than a piece of advice, but maybe sometimes it's not a bad idea to try before you play.

Hello, I checked out the game and it ran quite normally with no problems. I'll write to Juraj but he's at the conference, so let him see it when he comes again. I don't have a better solution for now, and you'll probably have to play another game for a while.😕

I can't help you with that right now. Try turning on the game from another device or browser. You can also try a VPN if you have the option. I have no idea what could be behind the game freezing up. 

It would also be good if you behave yourself.
