Hey, why doesn't the game work in the demo??

Hello, could you also describe what specifically is not working for you? Is the game not loading or what is your problem? I turned it on and it works normally. If you ever have a similar issue, you can click on the button on the bottom right and let me know what the trouble is. 

Thank you, I have submitted it. It doesn't work on my Mac or my iPad. Unfortunately, both of them give a black screen. What am I doing wrong? Otherwise, other Merkur games or all other providers on this site work

I get this message when I try to log in using a different browser. Instead of Safari, now use Google.

I also wrote to Juraj and he told me that this game has been a problem for a long time. He said that it would be a good idea to try to use a different country via VPN.

Hey, thanks for the tip. It worked. However, you only have 1,000 euros of demo credit and unfortunately you can't reload the page to get the 1,000 back, like with the other games on the site. Can you change or improve that?

I have asked Juraj about this several times in different games, unfortunately it should be automatically reset for the next day and it is not so easy to increase it. So obviously you will have to play with a smaller bet or it should always be reset the next day. 🙂
