Hi I won money on this game and when I went to withdrawal the casino made up this false story so they can't pay me my winning what can I do to get my winning

I have done nothing wrong

They just keep on saying I breached there rules and regulations and that's it i don't eve know what I did wrong for them to take my money a my winning this is bullshit

I'm not sure what to do to get my money back or even to get a valid reason why they did this

You did the right thing by filing a complaint.

I don't know if it's really true what the casino says, but I think we'll find out somehow. 

Also, the casino doesn't have a license and has a low safety index, so I would expect problems.

But let's wait for further developments in your case and complaint because I can't do much with this information.

Fair enough if I did something wrong or did fraud or something but I didn't that what makes this really frustrating and they can't tell . What I did wrong so that's a red flag

and what passes me off I keep on depositing that day amd as soon as I go to withdrawal they pull this out of the hat they should at least give my money back
