Well, to be honest with you, I’m not convinced that this casino offers fake or manipulated games. I do understand, though, that heavy losses can feel like more than just bad luck.

I respect your view, and now that we know the casino uses an aggregator to provide its games, I think it’s fair to give them some time to look into it. You may have a point, but right now, we don’t know.

My doubts about whether this particular game was genuine were not caused by losing money. What raised my suspicions was the arrangement of symbols on the reels, which I had never seen before despite playing Big Bass games for a long time.
