Well, I'd say that slot = game.
You can see the same game/slot in several categories, such as "the most popular" and "recommended slots" at once. Because this slot/game is popular so it's automatically added as recommended based on your country settings perhaps.
BUT, I don't think that you can find a "cloned" game with lower RTP. It would not make much sense to me. Rather than display both slot + clon with lower RTP, it would be much wise to display only the cloned game, it would be very suspicious otherwise, I'd say.
Do you have any concrete suspicion?
Have you faced something unusual?
Yes actually while playing at a online casino here in Ontario Canada , I searched for a game slot in search section of the casino and it showed up two different slots for same game with different RTP. Is it even legal?
When scrolling down on the main page of the casino it displays slot with lower RTP only. But when typed in search bar it shows both.
Well, this is pretty interesting.
I will forward this information to my colleague from the reputation and data team.
Have you tried asking the casino what is the reason behind this? I would also like to know with which casino are we dealing with now... Can you tell, please?
I'd guess that we will ask so just want to be prepared a bit 🙂.
Anyway, thank you for your observation.
Party casino earned a very good reputation, so I assume we'll get some answers.
I will discuss all of this with colleagues and let you know what we learn.
Sure Radka thank you for your time. I actually do have a screen recording as well. The screen shots I posted earlier were from the same screen recording.
We are here to care, I'm happy to help.
Please, feel free to post all you gathered here.
The more - the better 🙂
Hello again,
I discussed this with my colleague, he seems it would be best if you could ask the casino and share their response. Because you are the registered player here We think you may get the proper reaction. It is also possible that there could be different RTPs for different countries but I do not get why you could see both versions at the same time.
Well, would you ask the casino, please? 🙂
Hi Radka, I did discuss with one of their staff through live chat and was told to send the screenshots at their email address, now I am just waiting for their reply.
Hi Yyzpb10,
Awesome - thank you. If I may guess it will be described as a technical bug or something similar🙂.
Hi, I did get the response after i sent all the details including the screen recording. I am just gonna paste the screenshots from the email i got back.
just so you know I have an account with the same email address and its all verified because I have made a withdrawal from the same casino under same account.
This sounds like some auto-reply to me - not the type of answer I was hoping for.
According to Jozef.K - my colleague from the reputation team, if the RTP is shown the player can freely decide whether he/she will play the game. It would be worse if the RTP was hidden. So it seems kind of strange that the RTP varies but it is not so risky for the players.
Not the auto reply actually it says person name Yordon who replied to my email. also since i sent them that screen recording only reply i got was they couldn’t find an account under the email address and user name I provide. One more thing is when someone is on the casino app slots page the game they come cross with is the one with lower RTP
Hmm, I see now.
Still, no answer to the main question seems like you have to be a registered player to be able to ask any question at all.
As I mentioned earlier, the main point is that RTP is shown, so it's up to the player whether it's worth playing.
I wouldn't touch 94,12% RTP 🙂
I am a registered player actually signed up via igaming Ontario and have made withdrawal from the casino before.
