Casino increased depositlimit after withdrawl

I had a monthly depositlimit to a casino and it got full and my account balance was 0. The next week I got bonus from casino and after playing I managed to make a withdrawl. After this casino allowed me to deposit more money, over the monthly depositlimit. So they increased my depositlimit because the withdrawl I hade made.

Are they allowed to do that? To me it sounds very irresponsible, whats the matter of depositlimits even set, if it can be removed after withdrawl?

Casino has Mga licens, they wont answer at all as I have asked them about this.

I believe the proper question is why the casino did this. As you can see, casinos can do anything; therefore, they should explain this to you and set limits according to your preferences if possible. Can you alter the limits on your own? In some casinos, it is possible once the time frame has ended.

If the casino support is unresponsive and you feel you rely on those limits but cannot change them, I recommend finding a casino that respects responsible tools.

The most pressing point is to stay safer, I reckon.

The casino is Niftycasino (Infiniza ltd) and my account is already closed. They have done many violations about responsible gaming and I have made complaint about it to casinoguru as well, but my complaint was rejected.

Now as I received my GDPR records from the casino, there was this next text:

"Following the application of this limit, you made further deposits totaling EUR 1,356 between 30 July and 04 August 2025, and you withdrew EUR 999 on 05 August 2025. As such, your activity remained within the imposed net deposit limit."

The truth is they set 2000e depositlimit to me on 29.7. And I managed to deposit 29.7-4.8. 2756euros, but for some reason they have not even calculated those 29.7 made deposits, even I have all the evidence saved of the exact time and date they set the limit and also times when I have deposited. They removed the limit on 4.8 after I made a complaint to them because I could deposit over the limit.

The casino wont answer me anymore.

As far as I understood from the complaint, the casino claims this feature was not actively offered to the players/was not working, and the limits were not adjusted in the system. Therefore, it is not that the casino raised the limits; those limits were never applied.

I understand it must have felt weird, especially if the matter was perhaps poorly communicated by the casino support.

However, I would like to say that it is awesome that you use those limits and play responsibly.

The limits I had set several times, did not work and the casino said that I had never even set the limits- even I had evidence where shows I press the button to accept limits, it did not matter.

But later casino set depositlimit to me, 2000euros and it failed as well. The limit was 29.7-4.8, after that I got a bonus and managed to make a withdrawl on 5.8. As you see from the casinos answer, they have decreased the withdrawl from the made deposits on 29.7-4.8 , deposits which were made before the depositlimit was took off.

My question still is, can casino do that? That they kindof increase the depositlimit after a customer makes a withdrawl?

I get what you are saying, but the answer remains the same, I reckon: Casinos can do anything and we can debate their fairness afterwards. Anything can happen, despite written words.

The way I understand the complaint, there were no limits set because there wasn't the confirmation, which means that the tool wasn't working. With that in mind, I understand that the unset limit remained unchanged. The limit did not work in the first place. Hence, it was not increased. 🙁

That's exactly why complaints work the way they do. All details are considered in the context of what has already happened and the way it happened based on players' and casinos' descriptions.

I understand the main issue was that the non-functional limits gave you the impression that they were set and working, and I also understand how it feels wrong.
