Thanks for the reply, I deposited £300 in total on my account. I deposited onto their accounts because I had the funds in my account and they just give me the cash. Remember it was very late at night and it was after a night of playing poker together so we all agreed that we would try our luck at the casinos. It's due to anti money-laundering restrictions. Simply said, whenever you deposit with the same card on multiple accounts, the casino will assume all the accounts are yours which is against their TCs.
Yes I completely understand your points - however I have all the evidence to support that the accounts weren’t just mine; they other guys have their passports and proof of addresses etc and can write sworn statements to that affect. I’ve also provided bank statements showing the source of the funds so would take away any suspicion of money laundering or fraudulent activity. I hope that casino-guru will help me mediate an agreement with UK Casino club and appeal to their humanity to uphold the win. Thanks
