Did you play at the .ee domain or the ROW .com domains for these sites? Posido.com is the only one they are liable to apart from people who played at the .ee domains. The other domains for those websites are licensed elsewhere.
I played .ee and .com, first the banner in Finnish spoke in Finnish about the Estonian license, so of course I believed from the ad that I was playing under the Estonian license. Otherwise, I wouldn't have even joined there, because I've heard good things about Estonian casinos. But then the site has apparently been re-directed to .com and it has turned out not to have an Estonian license. But it's the same company, EMTA should defend it when they lie about the licenses too.
if it had stopped using the .ee domain and no longer been on the emta website at the tiem you had one then its not their jurisdiction anymore, even if it was .ee and on their website when you signed up.
