Rabidi NV vs. Adonio NV

Hello,

There are already some topics about Rabidi NV and their possible insolvency and license withdrawal, but I have not found an answer to my question.

Does anyone know if there is a connection between Rabidi and Adonio NV?

I am pretty sure that this is the case, because some casinos that were previously operated by Rabidi (including PowBet) are now operated by Adonio NV!

Is this a "name change", a takeover or does it have another background?

Well, based on what you're talking about and what casino, I see this license and not Kahnawake. So you're dealing with the licensing authority ? I'm asking because I saw that the case was closed with us. 🤔

So what is their license? Where i can take contact? If there is no any contact form/email then there is no any worth of license for players!

Second: they dont answer anything by email! This is far away very trustness casino group. Hopefully i am wrong but please be careful with adonio n.v!

They have a KGC licence for their adoniobet.com website (appears to be crypto only for now)

The rest of their casinos don't fall under the KGC liicence. The permit holders for KGC are easy to find / read https://gamingcommission.ca/interactive-gaming/permit-holders/

I need help with this company. I lost there lots of money even I had closed my accounts. Only now read more of this Rabidi NV and lots people were scammed with no license even. I was advertised that I play under Estonian lisence but found out its under Curacao. Last year EMTA didnt help me more than telling contact Curacao.. EMTA has Rabidis’ all casinos in official listing. Why they give lisenses them still and not defence players’ rights? We all should contact EMTA.

Whoever has taken over the Rabidi sites is using a Philippines licence as a stop gap (liernen enterprises ltd) until they get a GBC one I guess.

look. licensed or not. liquid or not. on this island, the rules are different. or lets call it this way: why should a court or a authority saw off the branch there sitting on.

they dont pay winnings. Your lawyer will bring them to court and you have the same feeling again, like when you play online: you win the court case, but they never pay. They file for bankruptcy right after „selling" their asset to another company. The only thing which is thriving me is than I give them a lot of work and some more less inconvenient weeks! But, THEY NEVER LOSE MONEY!!!

I didn't even realise they'd gone bankrupt, until i came across some threads while doing some new casino research. They were still paying out my small wins on alf casino a few months ago.
