A little warning here for the CG Community: Casino Guru is an open platform where everyone is free to share their thoughts and opinions. We believe in free speech and try to be as non-restrictive as possible. That said, please remember: just because something is posted on the forum doesn’t mean Casino Guru agrees with it or endorses it in any way. We’re really happy to see players engaging in conversations, debating respectfully, and having fun doing so! That’s why we created this platform. However, we’ve noticed a growing trend – not just here, but across other platforms too – where some players, after losing money fairly in a casino, look for ways to get those funds back through their bank or payment provider, often by filing chargebacks or making false claims. We’d like to warn you: this behaviour is not only unfair – it’s also very risky! We’ve already seen and heard stories (here and elsewhere) of people who got into serious trouble trying to go down this route – including closed casino accounts across multiple platforms, closed bank accounts, debts, and even lawsuits (attempted fraud). Attempting fraud or misrepresenting the truth to a bank or provider is never a good idea and could have lasting consequences. So here’s our friendly appeal to all Casino Guru community members: Stand up against unfair and dishonest casinos. Use our Complaints Resolution Center if you need help – you don’t have to fight alone. But please don’t try to get back money you’ve fairly lost. It’s simply not worth the risk. Thanks for being part of our community – and have a great day!

I always report money laundering to the police and the Trade Inspectorate. Other institutions depend on the countries where these pseudo-sellers are located.

You said it hasn’t even been 2 weeks since you previously heard from them, I received refunds 2 weeks after as I previously told you

I first contacted Mobilum for a refund 2 months ago. After a couple of replies they now ignore every single email I send them and just close the tickets without responding. Would love to know what actually got them to refund anyone else

It seems to me that more and more people are contacting them, and that's why they're ignoring the issue. Therefore, we need to mobilize them by reporting them to authorities in Lithuania, Poland, Canada, and the USA. Remember, if a company appears on your statement, it is fully responsible for those transactions, regardless of whether they did it consciously or unconsciously. Facts matter to any regulator. The more reports, the greater the success rate for refunds. Let's not let these casinos play the fool.

I have 3 succesfully chargebacks.

2 through Revolut and one directly from merchant.

as somesone mentioned earlier, a55.tech refund direct without question. Also cardflare.io made a refund direct.

Kryptomin refused at first, but after I requested the MCC and told it was made via a casino, they accepted my request of refund.

I refer to their ToS, as it often says i-gaming etc is forbidden to use from their side.

a55.tech no longer does. Every email, like in Matra, refers you to the bank, so I reported them to the police in Sao Paulo.
