No just seems to be the fake website to FAQSOLUTIONS, but all you need for chargebacks, they will answer emails so you will get all the information you need.

It's probably more like the merchant refunded as opposed to Niko it's self so lupin got lucky with the merchant.

Hi I have spoken with him and he is offering free help and advice for anyone struggling to do chargebacks or find merchants potentially but no direct refund from niko so please don’t get your hopes up. You will get a refund through chargebacks no problem with niko but they no longer do direct refunds. They are top level crooks and I personally think they create all the front merchants as they do all reply in exactly the same manner. Get yourself and good cover story for chargeback and go from there.the way these merchants set up to bypass gambling blocks your bank will have no clue gambling is involved, I got a really good chargeback for Terrvers with the story I bought 6 different pairs of football boots lol also 1 I said I bought a garden table from a link on eBay. Make up email addresses or whatever information they ask for it’s comical but all box ticking

Thank you for your advice I've been on this forum since last year I didn't get chargebacks granted unfortunately Santander just wouldn't help me at all. I never get my hopes up as far as they are concerned they are awful. I'm waiting on the ombudsman now.
