I've got lots of transactions from wintermdse on my bank statements. I've sent them all the evidence but they appear to have gone quiet on me now. We're looking into £3000 worth of transactions though?

I had legal services.. I did a chargeback through my bank and legal services refunded me directly from the notification they received from the bank

I bank with Barclays. I went on my app and disputed the transaction. Explained that this was for a casino and doesn't match the description of the merchant on my bank statement. Had the money back in my bank within 2 weeks x

Interesting. Didn’t they question that you authorized the payments? Or maybe the rules are different depending on the bank/country

Technically didn't receive legal services and didn't match the merchant on the transaction so they had to honour the chargeback. May be different in your country!? Not too sure if you could fight it

I have obtained refunds directly from Stockimagemart and 123 Templates. Does anyone know which payment processor these would have been made through as I have payments sent to a number of other retail websites on the same day which I have not been able to recover/find contacts for yet. All made to Celsius Casino:

Operated by Celsius Holdings NV and claims to have a Curacao Licence

Plus I have found some payments to Nine Casino which went to MonsterIT Tallinn. MonsterIT have a website and email address but not hopeful for a response. Anyone know who Nine Casino/Uno Digital B.V. /Scartesu Ltd use for payments?

Just a quick update from me.

Currently received a further refund from WinterMDSE for another £500. - Refunds totalled £1058.

Refund also received from Destream.net - DSTRLD and DSTLTD.

Still chasing a few others, yet to hear a response from many companies.

To any people enquiring on how to request a refund, please read through previous posts in this thread.
