A little warning here for the CG Community: Casino Guru is an open platform where everyone is free to share their thoughts and opinions. We believe in free speech and try to be as non-restrictive as possible. That said, please remember: just because something is posted on the forum doesn’t mean Casino Guru agrees with it or endorses it in any way. We’re really happy to see players engaging in conversations, debating respectfully, and having fun doing so! That’s why we created this platform. However, we’ve noticed a growing trend – not just here, but across other platforms too – where some players, after losing money fairly in a casino, look for ways to get those funds back through their bank or payment provider, often by filing chargebacks or making false claims. We’d like to warn you: this behaviour is not only unfair – it’s also very risky! We’ve already seen and heard stories (here and elsewhere) of people who got into serious trouble trying to go down this route – including closed casino accounts across multiple platforms, closed bank accounts, debts, and even lawsuits (attempted fraud). Attempting fraud or misrepresenting the truth to a bank or provider is never a good idea and could have lasting consequences. So here’s our friendly appeal to all Casino Guru community members: Stand up against unfair and dishonest casinos. Use our Complaints Resolution Center if you need help – you don’t have to fight alone. But please don’t try to get back money you’ve fairly lost. It’s simply not worth the risk. Thanks for being part of our community – and have a great day!

I know mate but some where ones my main bank got back for me this Lee Morris is not real:

Hi Lee,

The gambling commission has nothing to do with a bank refusing to raise a charge back or the police I cannot bust major fraud operations !

The point being made was that these transactions were not right/fraud and were easily recoverable by chargebacks and the bank refused to do them you are waffling on nonsense to be honest for want of a better phrase.

Regards Paul.

Dear Mr Mcewan

Thank you for your email.

I'm sorry to hear you felt that, I mentioned it would be a matter for the gambling commission and/orthe police - because you've continually mentioned legality, the police or the gambling commission would be best placed to answer and look at concerns you had regarding your concerns about gambling sites and their legality. I don't work for either of these and I can only consider a banks handling of the chargeback you raised with them. I've explained why they have not treated you unfairly and were unable to pursue the chargeback you raised with them.

I understand this will be disappointing and I'm sorry we were unable to help you.

Yours sincerely

Banks and casinos come on here and companies like sky news have reached out to many of us so I don’t post anything at all. Why do you think so many chargebacks are turned down nowadays.

Hello,

Can I ask what did you write to casino to get a refund ? Some advice on how to state your email so that they actually take you seriously.

Thanks beforehand,

Yes they are as it says E from what I’ve heard on here

Weird they both appear as E on first look on my banking app but then one is dsolpay and one Exotrx.

Swipez refunded dsolpay but I think are claiming Exotrx isn’t them - they both appear as E tho

Curacao is the best license, avoid all casinos with a license from there, they have fake games, they rob you without you being able to complain, because Curacao is only interested in taking the fee, they benefit from such fraudulent casinos and they have tried them, I have written to Curacao and they still do not pay attention, casinos like Vavada with over 500 deposits without withdrawal, I made a video clip of how I play fake games that are completely different from the original version, but I never received a response from them, and so my thought is, people, if you want to be protected, do not play in casinos with a license from Curacao.

We’ve had so many people recently claiming refunds from dsolpay so I wonder if they have decided to turn around and say it’s not us

Its most likely you have played on sites with fake Curacao licences. Curacao E-Gaming forbid transaction masking - hence why all these crap sites like Mystake aren't there anymore. Antillephone and GCB are still crap, but always check the licences and ensure they are actually valid. Real licencesed sites must have a seal at the bottom of their site that you can click on and check. Again, anyone playing on fake licence, Anjouan or unlicensed sites really needs to take a look at themselves especially after reading this thread.

What a massive thread. People, the one way to go about this is simply, a chargeback with your bank and that is it. Some will be accepted, some will not.

And I feel this is not very honest by gamblers, each one knew what they are doing, right?

Of course the processing will be funky when it comes to off shore gambling, you all knew this, did you not?

I have deposited at many such casinos, apparently, I have bought shoes somewhere in an African country. Which I know I have not, so I would go to the bank and say I did not order these shoes. End of story. But I will not, a loss is a loss.

I feel that many of yous would be well advised to hit that self exclusion button, lol.

You win some, you lose some, no?
