Hi I have sadly had a bit of a relapse due to some horrendous things going on in my life. Was able to reopen an account with LuckyWave and despite begging them to close my account for the last 7 days they have not done so and not even responded. I am at total rock bottom. They are part of Fortaprime - does anyone know the payment processor they use as no evidence of who it is when making a deposit or checking Safari history? Payments all miscoded and laundered of course to a UK Ltd company owned by a Latvian. If anyone knows of any contacts or associated business the payments went to CLEGREBOOST/CLEGREONTEX

Did they give a reason for closing account? You may be ok, Barclays closed mine and I still had chargebacks on Chase that were under review and they put them through. A lot depends on the reasons for closing accounts and if they report the closure for fraud.

If you don’t have loads to do I would chance it under goods not received, I do have information to argue on Mastercard for incorrect data but no guarantee it would be processed as Mastercard appear to be strict on gambling regardless of the circumstances but more than happy to share the points that you would need to cover.
