A little warning here for the CG Community: Casino Guru is an open platform where everyone is free to share their thoughts and opinions. We believe in free speech and try to be as non-restrictive as possible. That said, please remember: just because something is posted on the forum doesn’t mean Casino Guru agrees with it or endorses it in any way. We’re really happy to see players engaging in conversations, debating respectfully, and having fun doing so! That’s why we created this platform. However, we’ve noticed a growing trend – not just here, but across other platforms too – where some players, after losing money fairly in a casino, look for ways to get those funds back through their bank or payment provider, often by filing chargebacks or making false claims. We’d like to warn you: this behaviour is not only unfair – it’s also very risky! We’ve already seen and heard stories (here and elsewhere) of people who got into serious trouble trying to go down this route – including closed casino accounts across multiple platforms, closed bank accounts, debts, and even lawsuits (attempted fraud). Attempting fraud or misrepresenting the truth to a bank or provider is never a good idea and could have lasting consequences. So here’s our friendly appeal to all Casino Guru community members: Stand up against unfair and dishonest casinos. Use our Complaints Resolution Center if you need help – you don’t have to fight alone. But please don’t try to get back money you’ve fairly lost. It’s simply not worth the risk. Thanks for being part of our community – and have a great day!

You need to request a SAR and get them for each transaction - they won't tell you otherwise.

How’s everyone getting on, I took sometime away from the forum to get my head sorted following the chargebacks.

Currently have a CEO complaint with Barclays if overturned happy to share all emails and documents, happy to share now but disputes were rejected so having another look from complaints.

Happy to share what I sent Chase Mastercard if it helps others, managed to get small compensation with them and them to raise all outstanding ones under goods not received.

To all,

Pleasa be careful with doing chargebacks, I have had 3 accounts closed now due to chargebacks

I’ve had one but clearly due to gambling on a credit card

as the risk to Barclays is great as they can be held liable on the Gambling Act. Be amazed if Chase

dont cancel my account due to the complaints and excessive chargebacks. As long as you don’t get a Cifas marker it’s of little concern in my opinion

SAR to CIFAS direct.

A CIFAS marker is a warning placed on your record by CIFAS (Credit Industry Fraud Avoidance System) to alert financial institutions of potential fraud risks associated with you. These markers are recorded in CIFAS's National Fraud Database and can impact your ability to obtain credit, loans, or open new financial accounts

it's a blacklist name that will be spread to all banks making it difficult for you to open a new bank account or apply for credit or overdraft
