A little warning here for the CG Community: Casino Guru is an open platform where everyone is free to share their thoughts and opinions. We believe in free speech and try to be as non-restrictive as possible. That said, please remember: just because something is posted on the forum doesn’t mean Casino Guru agrees with it or endorses it in any way. We’re really happy to see players engaging in conversations, debating respectfully, and having fun doing so! That’s why we created this platform. However, we’ve noticed a growing trend – not just here, but across other platforms too – where some players, after losing money fairly in a casino, look for ways to get those funds back through their bank or payment provider, often by filing chargebacks or making false claims. We’d like to warn you: this behaviour is not only unfair – it’s also very risky! We’ve already seen and heard stories (here and elsewhere) of people who got into serious trouble trying to go down this route – including closed casino accounts across multiple platforms, closed bank accounts, debts, and even lawsuits (attempted fraud). Attempting fraud or misrepresenting the truth to a bank or provider is never a good idea and could have lasting consequences. So here’s our friendly appeal to all Casino Guru community members: Stand up against unfair and dishonest casinos. Use our Complaints Resolution Center if you need help – you don’t have to fight alone. But please don’t try to get back money you’ve fairly lost. It’s simply not worth the risk. Thanks for being part of our community – and have a great day!

I think your success was more likely down to it being credit cards.

Oh sorry, thanks.

I’ve sent letters to the curaçao ministry of finance and FIU - anyone ever get a response from them for reporting the criminal activities?

Anyone know where to check the MCC of a merchant on revolut? It's not showing on transaction or statement. Thanks

Another day without a response from MyStake. Seems like you get no where with them.

You will get a response but it will be exactly the same one everyone else has received and it's legally and factually incorrect. In fact I can post up legal opinion on it.

Told you before mate - you need to submit a SAR request and ask for the MCC to be included.

Revolut classes payments as well so it should give you a big clue as to what MCC was used. It would say shopping, Services etc

I have had a transaction on my credit card (Donbet) appear on the statement as DOTABLITZ LTD and the description as Digital Goods - Games.

Does anyone think I have any case here for a chargeback? It's through Mastercard

No he stated they are all credit cards!! And the BANK starling refused to do chargebacks.

I'm still happy if anyone affected by Mystake wants to take a class action approach. Might be the only thing that works.

Anyone have any idea what I can do with a chargeback with Revolut when the merchant is an apparent crypto site so I can do goods not received. They are down as just simple the letter E as their merchant name.

Ensure you have proof of the transaction on dodgy casino site.

And say what? I don’t think Revolut will help if they know it’s gambling. There is an option for funds not received. Could I win that?

That would be great. Starling bank are just as bad to deal with.

You need to make contact with the merchant or at least show you have looked for them before you do anything.
