Can’t stress this enough. If you are going down the complaint route. It’s so important to position it correctly and cover all points, regulations and expectations.


even if it doesn’t get upheld, it really helps when dealing with FOS. The complaints management at the FOS isn’t done by particularly experienced people so you need to point it out because they may not get there themselves.
