A little warning here for the CG Community: Casino Guru is an open platform where everyone is free to share their thoughts and opinions. We believe in free speech and try to be as non-restrictive as possible. That said, please remember: just because something is posted on the forum doesn’t mean Casino Guru agrees with it or endorses it in any way. We’re really happy to see players engaging in conversations, debating respectfully, and having fun doing so! That’s why we created this platform. However, we’ve noticed a growing trend – not just here, but across other platforms too – where some players, after losing money fairly in a casino, look for ways to get those funds back through their bank or payment provider, often by filing chargebacks or making false claims. We’d like to warn you: this behaviour is not only unfair – it’s also very risky! We’ve already seen and heard stories (here and elsewhere) of people who got into serious trouble trying to go down this route – including closed casino accounts across multiple platforms, closed bank accounts, debts, and even lawsuits (attempted fraud). Attempting fraud or misrepresenting the truth to a bank or provider is never a good idea and could have lasting consequences. So here’s our friendly appeal to all Casino Guru community members: Stand up against unfair and dishonest casinos. Use our Complaints Resolution Center if you need help – you don’t have to fight alone. But please don’t try to get back money you’ve fairly lost. It’s simply not worth the risk. Thanks for being part of our community – and have a great day!

I have many of deposits with Flacora Finance which is bank transfer, would these payments of linked to something that I can try get a chargeback on or are they a lost cause?

Ok understood, my situation is different as funds were sent directly to casinos(trinocasino and instaspin), it shows on emailed receipts from Transferop. Thank you for reply and I wish you luck with your transactions.

How long is the time limit since it happened? I made transfers after that date but many many separate ones. Don’t know how that would go

bwastook

If its before the date no use if after then covered

Starling unfortunately. Had a lot better luck with Monzo.

I’ll have a look into it, really not sure if that would work as it’s for apparent fraud and we all here probably have 10s of transactions with bank transfer. So it’s a bit unbelievable.

What are starling saying?

I’m about to start the process with them.

bwastook

You can argue its not a real site so you have been tricked

For bank transfer you will be very lucky to get anything. The dispute process is completely different. You would have to have hard evidence that you were tricked which could be difficult to produce other than if you received emails/texts from scammers promoting the site.

To the guy dealing with Transferop - they won't send anything back and they will redirect you to the casinos directly. I'm not 100% sure how you would tackle it if they are bank transfers.

They are saying they can’t do the charge backs and because you can’t actually do the process on their app you get no where.

With Monzo and Golden Bet I could at least dispute the transactions via the app. Although they refused to do the chargeback because of the normal Mastercard T&C the process was enough for the casino to refund.

Was this a credit card chargeback with goldenbet or debit? Does goldenbet mask transactions like some of the other websites, comes up with transactions in different countries? Have you ever withdrawn from them without problems cheers

Same boat here as bwastook

Unsure what route to go down in terms of how Falcora would end up with money transferred to them fraudulently on numerous occasions?

Wobz

Debit card. No didn’t withdraw.

Ok I have never taken on a bank transfer myself to be honest or crypto its all new to me
