A little warning here for the CG Community: Casino Guru is an open platform where everyone is free to share their thoughts and opinions. We believe in free speech and try to be as non-restrictive as possible. That said, please remember: just because something is posted on the forum doesn’t mean Casino Guru agrees with it or endorses it in any way. We’re really happy to see players engaging in conversations, debating respectfully, and having fun doing so! That’s why we created this platform. However, we’ve noticed a growing trend – not just here, but across other platforms too – where some players, after losing money fairly in a casino, look for ways to get those funds back through their bank or payment provider, often by filing chargebacks or making false claims. We’d like to warn you: this behaviour is not only unfair – it’s also very risky! We’ve already seen and heard stories (here and elsewhere) of people who got into serious trouble trying to go down this route – including closed casino accounts across multiple platforms, closed bank accounts, debts, and even lawsuits (attempted fraud). Attempting fraud or misrepresenting the truth to a bank or provider is never a good idea and could have lasting consequences. So here’s our friendly appeal to all Casino Guru community members: Stand up against unfair and dishonest casinos. Use our Complaints Resolution Center if you need help – you don’t have to fight alone. But please don’t try to get back money you’ve fairly lost. It’s simply not worth the risk. Thanks for being part of our community – and have a great day!

Thanks for the definitions cause in the discussion it's confusing! But for the chargeback part, we do need a proof like a receipt to open a complaint? We still need to explain, as within the law the merchant has the right to take civil action if we do a false claim right? I am in doubt to take that risk with the bank. Someone told me about chargeback reversal, so I feel it's never really a big win

No! You don't need a receipt! It is enough that you have tried to contact the company

Screw me!

Just got a refund from "Gametid.com".

No reply to email but suddenly I had the money in my account. 6000 bucks.

You can't say no to that!

So a question. Like now when I get back these 6300 kroner. Does it mean that the casino does not get its money or who is responsible for that cost?

Because if I get my deposit back, it means that in this case Gametid has not had time to pay the casino or how does it work?

Would like to find Grotobook and Mydates.

Does anyone really find these?

I don't know, no idea if it's the bank that arranged it by contacting these Gametid or if Gametid themselves paid back. I contacted them.

Winzie and Winsly.

have also played on winsly but have none on gamedtid. I think the casinos themselves created these stores.. if you go to keylisimo they are next. Same format

That may be so, but what speaks against it is the fact that quite a few of them apparently make refunds - the casino does not. Would never do that.

What I think is that the Casino finds small online stores with minimal turnover and offers them perhaps 5-10% of a transaction, alternatively that the entire "extra fee" goes to them.

The reason why I think it is because Gametid.com refunded the entire amount except for the 150 kroner Winzie (or winsley) charged me extra...

But it's damn good that Gametid paid me back because it's one of them that I did a chargeback on via Swedbank. Now I can actually show and say that one of the companies admitted that they made a mistake and paid me back. They can see the refund.

I may have found a phone number for Grotbook... Also visiting address. But don't want to print this. Too bad you don't have a place to contact you.

Will contact them tomorrow anyway.

How big are your deposits to Groto?
