A little warning here for the CG Community: Casino Guru is an open platform where everyone is free to share their thoughts and opinions. We believe in free speech and try to be as non-restrictive as possible. That said, please remember: just because something is posted on the forum doesn’t mean Casino Guru agrees with it or endorses it in any way. We’re really happy to see players engaging in conversations, debating respectfully, and having fun doing so! That’s why we created this platform. However, we’ve noticed a growing trend – not just here, but across other platforms too – where some players, after losing money fairly in a casino, look for ways to get those funds back through their bank or payment provider, often by filing chargebacks or making false claims. We’d like to warn you: this behaviour is not only unfair – it’s also very risky! We’ve already seen and heard stories (here and elsewhere) of people who got into serious trouble trying to go down this route – including closed casino accounts across multiple platforms, closed bank accounts, debts, and even lawsuits (attempted fraud). Attempting fraud or misrepresenting the truth to a bank or provider is never a good idea and could have lasting consequences. So here’s our friendly appeal to all Casino Guru community members: Stand up against unfair and dishonest casinos. Use our Complaints Resolution Center if you need help – you don’t have to fight alone. But please don’t try to get back money you’ve fairly lost. It’s simply not worth the risk. Thanks for being part of our community – and have a great day!

Only digital art, nfts etc. When it comes to crypto it becomes difficult and from my experience hard to get back. There's a reason why you aren't getting much of a response regarding cryptocurrency.

The issue with sharing information here is that while the merchant may initially respond and issue refunds directly, the sudden flood of emails often discourages them from continuing to engage. And that's what's happened to E0000480 swipez.eu. At this point, your best option is to go through your bank and raise a chargeback. I tried to keep it discrete on here but some prat let the cat out the bag and this is what happens.

I’m hopeful that by the end of the week I will have some really exciting news! I have been really studying regulations around open banking /bank transfers to merchants and I think I may finally have them. Mine were with Tink/transferop/payop but same for principals should apply regardless. I have contacted a solicitor today for a price to read over and verify contents!!! Once confirmed I will hopefully have them by the balls and even better news is I should be able to go back 13months!!!!

Wishing you luck.

I wish I could something about bank transfers, did over 5K in a few weeks around 14 months ago. It's really set me back mentally. Successfully had some chargebacks but the bank transfers is what has impacted the most. Was transferop and payop.

Good luck

Just out of the timeframe stated although the legal argument, if it stands could abolish the time limit m. Once it’s all been confirmed and I have sent all necessary information and paperwork to relevant parties I don’t mind sharing

Has any one tried this route - since the casinos are all saying the merchants are PSPs (or is this what everyone is questioning when contacting their merchants)

In the UK, unregistered Payment Service Providers (PSPs) are those that haven't obtained the necessary authorization or registration from the FCA to provide payment services. Providing payment services without proper authorization is illegal and can lead to civil and criminal penalties, including fines and imprisonment.
