Use our Complaints Resolution Center if you need help – you don’t have to fight alone. But please don’t try to get back money you’ve fairly lost. It’s simply not worth the risk. Your not bad or worse you are a victim to this evil thing called gambling we are all fools of it paul. It's a psychological illness and it's not your fault or anyone else. These sites and casinos are very clever the bright lights, noises stupid bonuses rounds it release dopamine and drags even the strongest of men to there knees. X

Hi Laura. Can I ask how you managed to raise Payop as mine are showing as transfers I think with Monzo, not sure how to look at raising them

If it's a bank transfer, that's different ! I raised as no goods or service with revolut and it was card payment. I know monzo are a nightmare I had them a few years ago, they shut my account for a uber order I charged back. I can provide you email with payops if you require it they will say they are payment processors only but if raised they will just refund. Try and raise with monzo no goods service I've never done with transfers but if I can help anyway let me know x
