So here’s our friendly appeal to all Casino Guru community members: Stand up against unfair and dishonest casinos. Use our Complaints Resolution Center if you need help – you don’t have to fight alone. But please don’t try to get back money you’ve fairly lost. It’s simply not worth the risk. Fingers crossed. Not celebrating yet as the funds still aren’t in my account but I’ll be patient and hopefully they’ll show up over the next few days.


I sent them a screenshot of an email I sent to them showing no reply and that’s it. I stated clearly that I had no other evidence as I received no receipts, email confirmations etc.


Fingers crossed you get it sorted out this time. In my case it seems that less was more in terms of information I gave, because I’ve seen others on here with more evidence and back story etc be declined.

That is me done with this site it has been taken over by idiots and free rollers its a waste of time now for me trying to help anyone and pointless I will get my lost money back then im done no point telling everyone about it Jaro can you terminate the account and remove all my posts on here let me know when done and what you need me to do my side

Yes have seen and read all the relevant parts of this and the other master documents- it's very clear in there that the practice is against all T&Cs. It's important here as the ultimately define that the merchant must be the owner of the casino.

Mail from 1go Casino after mentioned the Mastercard 5.1.2.1 for gambling.
