A little warning here for the CG Community: Casino Guru is an open platform where everyone is free to share their thoughts and opinions. We believe in free speech and try to be as non-restrictive as possible. That said, please remember: just because something is posted on the forum doesn’t mean Casino Guru agrees with it or endorses it in any way. We’re really happy to see players engaging in conversations, debating respectfully, and having fun doing so! That’s why we created this platform. However, we’ve noticed a growing trend – not just here, but across other platforms too – where some players, after losing money fairly in a casino, look for ways to get those funds back through their bank or payment provider, often by filing chargebacks or making false claims. We’d like to warn you: this behaviour is not only unfair – it’s also very risky! We’ve already seen and heard stories (here and elsewhere) of people who got into serious trouble trying to go down this route – including closed casino accounts across multiple platforms, closed bank accounts, debts, and even lawsuits (attempted fraud). Attempting fraud or misrepresenting the truth to a bank or provider is never a good idea and could have lasting consequences. So here’s our friendly appeal to all Casino Guru community members: Stand up against unfair and dishonest casinos. Use our Complaints Resolution Center if you need help – you don’t have to fight alone. But please don’t try to get back money you’ve fairly lost. It’s simply not worth the risk. Thanks for being part of our community – and have a great day!

Start with the merchant send two emails.

The first stating you have not purchased anything from them regarding the transactions, if they have a receipt or transaction information send it to you to review otherwise this must be a mistake and kindly ask them to reverse the charge.

If nothing is received back then go down the

"upon review I see this are related to a gambling transaction, miscoding is a visa/mastecard violation, is eligible for chargeback and is considered transaction laundering, it’s illegal ect"

This leaves you the option to go down either route with the bank, I didn’t purchase anything from you or you miscoded/disguised it

3 Nigerian companies, in direct contact with Mastercard regarding numerous others. Won two FOS cases against Revolut. Have crime reports in against several payment processors. I don't have a lot of transactions overall but did get a full refund from one casino, pending payments back from Revolut for another and my long time targets Santeda Group are on the radar. If I can help and hurt Santeda in any way I'll do it.

Also people on this very thread have had thousands back from refunds.

Exactly, but one of my card holder wouldn’t look at it because I authorized it and had that whole fight about MCCs ugh!

I’ve had a few payments go to;

SANTANDA - shows as gambling

VISIONSPERO (Slovakian accountancy?) - shows as shopping

I bank with STARLING.

What’s the best way to charge these back?

I’m registered on Gamblock but these companies have my phone number and keep texting me offers and after a few drinks I relapsed.

I have received $6,000 directly from a casino of the $7,500 that was deposited.

$11,000 from merchants (most of which when my bank raised the dispute).

If you do your research AND the casino and the "store front" were in the wrong legally, according to their terms or that jurisdictions regulations you have a chance in recouping losses.

This isn’t about gaining the system, tricking anyone or ranting.

As businesses these casinos have a social responsibility to treat their customers fairly and abide by the laws in place. If they followed them none of us would be here.

Has anyone had any success disputing payments with my stake.bet or Don Bet?

Hi Everyone,

Recently had some partial refunds sent back from goldenbet casino. Anyone had any luck with MyStake and now who to contact for NikoTPF*Zenit Marketin payments.

My bank starling won’t help with the charge back as apparently it’s against Mastercard T&C and now the casino is ignoring my emails.

Chargebacks via my bank. They only refunded 25 out of 50 payments though and they were all the lowest amounts but something.

What did you use as the reason?

Just everything you read about on here. The bank actually refused to process the cash back but it was enough to get them to refund some of the payments. Not sure how it works.

ST*RLING are asking questions about me authorising it, ir was my card used by somebody else.

I said the payments are showing as shopping with a Slovakian accountancy, that I don’t remember shopping with. But then they ask if I received a service based on these payments…

Happy you got a result! If the bank refused to process the chargeback how did you receive a chargeback refund? Or did you tell the casino you were pursuing etc and they refunded before the chargeback was refused? Was it false MCC circumvention or non received goods you based your claim on? I respect your privacy of course but it’s the details that count in helping others get the same result if you can share. Happy to message you privately as I am dealing with the same casino.
