A little warning here for the CG Community: Casino Guru is an open platform where everyone is free to share their thoughts and opinions. We believe in free speech and try to be as non-restrictive as possible. That said, please remember: just because something is posted on the forum doesn’t mean Casino Guru agrees with it or endorses it in any way. We’re really happy to see players engaging in conversations, debating respectfully, and having fun doing so! That’s why we created this platform. However, we’ve noticed a growing trend – not just here, but across other platforms too – where some players, after losing money fairly in a casino, look for ways to get those funds back through their bank or payment provider, often by filing chargebacks or making false claims. We’d like to warn you: this behaviour is not only unfair – it’s also very risky! We’ve already seen and heard stories (here and elsewhere) of people who got into serious trouble trying to go down this route – including closed casino accounts across multiple platforms, closed bank accounts, debts, and even lawsuits (attempted fraud). Attempting fraud or misrepresenting the truth to a bank or provider is never a good idea and could have lasting consequences. So here’s our friendly appeal to all Casino Guru community members: Stand up against unfair and dishonest casinos. Use our Complaints Resolution Center if you need help – you don’t have to fight alone. But please don’t try to get back money you’ve fairly lost. It’s simply not worth the risk. Thanks for being part of our community – and have a great day!

Company number 08612850

Nature of business (SIC)

I’m not sure but it’s a lot of information on them to be fair: have you spoke to bank?

I may have a email but don’t want to email them if they try use my details to over ride my dispute against them.

Does your bank not demand you contact them before raising a chargeback?

I've only just started my dispute today tbh, trying to be careful what info I give my bank and I'm hoping this is the actual site https://www.traversetraverse.co.uk/

But they're a media company not a gambling company so hoping that's an advantage

Did you get the information from the bank regarding Terrvers company ID and name or did you find it by yourself?

This definitely them? How you approaching it with them? You going gambling route or goods not recieved?

i hear they make fake invoices with your ip address etc. just wondering how they could get away with doing this.

I want to give a headsup to everyone regarding terrvers transactions. I think TRAVERSETRAVERSE LIMITED - https://www.traversetraverse.co.uk/ is wrong. I do believe it's another company, but I am not sure.

Travvers and the url spelt double sounds a bit like why two vv in the wording?

possibly may be on the right track. I don’t want to email them inacse they take my information and pre make invoices awaiting for dispute 😳

Irrelevant of if they make fake invoices, a standard practice for any online company is to send email confirmation to the customer ie email confirmation of account setup.. email confirmation of the purchase sent on the same date. You can request all email communications through a SAR via their data officer gdpr.. obviously they can't provide this as it never happened. which in turn strengthens your case.

They're addresses are the same as shown in my bank transactions 128 City Road

I have found another company who I think is the culprit, I have initiated a chargeback with my bank and when it's all done I will drop all information I have. That's why I think you may have found the wrong company. I have found another one, I am sorry I can't share all the details just yet, but I promise I will share it when I have finished my dispute. Sorry about that. But just to be clear, I am not 100% sure but I think so.

Buton returned my deposit a long time ago within about 24 hours.

Otherwise, 20bet is a scam, they are arrogant in their email, M tech - money laundering, according to the phone number listed in the payment information, it shows me M tech marine technologies Australia - no one ever responded to the emails, otherwise mtech.ee is a fraudulent company in Estonia, they launder money for 20bet.

Some arrogant guy answered the email.

I don't know more, but I have 2 payments from 2023. They will definitely refund you through the bank if you have current payments. Unfortunately, I have old ones and the bank claim is already expired.

Sportaza used Sportaza, I don't think they launder dirty money.

Have you tried reaching out to me?
