Does your bank not demand you contact them before raising a chargeback?

Irrelevant of if they make fake invoices, a standard practice for any online company is to send email confirmation to the customer ie email confirmation of account setup.. email confirmation of the purchase sent on the same date. You can request all email communications through a SAR via their data officer gdpr.. obviously they can't provide this as it never happened. which in turn strengthens your case.

They're addresses are the same as shown in my bank transactions 128 City Road

I have found another company who I think is the culprit, I have initiated a chargeback with my bank and when it's all done I will drop all information I have. Otherwise, 20bet is a scam, they are arrogant in their email, M tech - money laundering, according to the phone number listed in the payment information, it shows me M tech marine technologies Australia - no one ever responded to the emails, otherwise mtech.ee is a fraudulent company in Estonia, they launder money for 20bet.

I don't know more, but I have 2 payments from 2023. They will definitely refund you through the bank if you have current payments. Unfortunately, I have old ones and the bank claim is already expired.
