A little warning here for the CG Community: Casino Guru is an open platform where everyone is free to share their thoughts and opinions. We believe in free speech and try to be as non-restrictive as possible. That said, please remember: just because something is posted on the forum doesn’t mean Casino Guru agrees with it or endorses it in any way. We’re really happy to see players engaging in conversations, debating respectfully, and having fun doing so! That’s why we created this platform. However, we’ve noticed a growing trend – not just here, but across other platforms too – where some players, after losing money fairly in a casino, look for ways to get those funds back through their bank or payment provider, often by filing chargebacks or making false claims. We’d like to warn you: this behaviour is not only unfair – it’s also very risky! We’ve already seen and heard stories (here and elsewhere) of people who got into serious trouble trying to go down this route – including closed casino accounts across multiple platforms, closed bank accounts, debts, and even lawsuits (attempted fraud). Attempting fraud or misrepresenting the truth to a bank or provider is never a good idea and could have lasting consequences. So here’s our friendly appeal to all Casino Guru community members: Stand up against unfair and dishonest casinos. Use our Complaints Resolution Center if you need help – you don’t have to fight alone. But please don’t try to get back money you’ve fairly lost. It’s simply not worth the risk. Thanks for being part of our community – and have a great day!

I have posted about this before. It is not processing.org

it is Pulsion Processing.

processing.org are easy to contact and their owners are all over social media. I wrote to them and sent the proof. They themselves wrote to Revolut and copied me in to show proof it wasn’t them when I raised disputes. Revolut changed the merchant to Pulsion but refused to refund me. You won’t get a penny back from Pulsion as their code is correct

Hello, I see many references to a "Bulletskins" in this thread however i'm struggling to understand what issues people are having.

Can someone please tell me what sort of issue you are having with them?

As far as I can see it's a website for purchasing "Skins" for some PC games like Counterstrike & Rust. Why are they showing up in a casino forum?

May i ask, what concern is it to you? Such a strange thing to post when the forum clearly has a title. Gotta be careful on this site theres people gaining information and then charging people.

I'm a PC gamer & was going to buy about £45 worth of skins on there for Rust rather than via the steam store as i'd save a good few quid, I googled the name "Bulletskins" & this thread came up.

I don't want to put my card details into something that's dodgy or use my steam login either, I notice they have a Trustpilot review only this month which mentions casino too but they also are buying items to resell on steam and all the reviews prior look like other gamers buying skins.

I'm confused!

Because dodgy offshore casinos are using the shared Merchant with these providers - they will have sub agreements to send the funds between them and launder more money - that's how they do it.

Oh, so a bit like Los Pollos Hermanos in the show Breaking Bad, an actual functioning chicken shop fronting a meth lab.

But in this case a skins site fronting a dodgy casino?

If a company change payment processor or use a different company name to process your payment, is this their fraudulent activity, where funds are recoverable?
