Hi all


I'm currently awaiting a £12,000 refund after I closed my account.. jackpot raider are now not replying. I've emailed multiple times. Some of them say it's been processed and sent to me an I'll have it in 10 working days

But then they won't send me proof of refund. When I asked again they said it's still being worked on. Everything is a contradiction with them. Anytime I speak to the live chat they say it's still not been sent.

Deposit payments come out my bank as a TRVRS or TREVVERS


Any time I've received money in the past it's from ANTHILL CENTER LIMITED

What are the chances of me.actually getting my money back?


Raised a refund with my bank but got rejected. They are investigating it for fraud though..awaiting that outcome

Used chatgpt to draft an email/letter in a last ditch attempt to get refunds direct from the casinos. The letter was worded amazingly.

I've also emailed MasterCard but they want me to call them.

And I've emailed the journalist that was previously mentioned.

So fingers crossed for a good outcome although not holding out hope!

Hi,

So I'm going through the process of this too, it's not ideal as I understand it's my responsibility but I wish we were more protected. I'm fully GamStop protected and the banks have protections on but obviously these are bypassed by these shady websites!


I tried to call my bank (Zopa Debit) to arrange for these to be charged back due to falsifying MCC codes etc., but the agents just don't seem to understand. Is there a way I should be doing this?

  • COREACTIVE LTD
  • ZYPH
  • MYDLBR NORTHAMPTON


Should I be contacting those directly, it's impossible to find any information on them.

How did you actually go about them accepting the claim in the first place? Calling them wasn't much help. Did you try to contact these shady merchants or straight to the banks?
