Well the tone and messages you are sending to business won't help you neither..

We all know those are fraudsters, but common knowledge on how to speak to business are first step to get them successful.

Yes I have had email from him and can confirm he is genuine and also searched his credentials on Google and he is definitely a sky journalist

Chase customer support is horrendous, i think they see gambling and it's written off, FOS is probably the best way to proceed but they're 50/50

dude I believe if they want to refund they will not need you to speak politely

if they don't want to refund, even if you draft 66 good looking letters filled with wordness and politeness, they shall never refund. refund is only a luck, either lucky or unlucky as so as a chargeback, will be raised either lucky or unlucky it doesn't matter what evidence you send, everyone gambled on things, from casinos to high street bank to Companies everything is evolved on gambling

I’d give an arm to get someone’s contact details specifically at Mastercard to report all of this to. They are the culprits in my eyes, they’re a scam organisation. Visa aren’t that bad but Mastercard are a fucking sham organisation

No, I’m not willing to give any information out right now. I worked hard and used my brain to get my money back and I’m aware of a few silent active members on here who are profiting from the information shared on here to get others money back, which is a fucking joke, so no I won’t be sharing anything anytime soon. Please stop asking me, and it goes for everyone else on here too.
