A little warning here for the CG Community: Casino Guru is an open platform where everyone is free to share their thoughts and opinions. We believe in free speech and try to be as non-restrictive as possible. That said, please remember: just because something is posted on the forum doesn’t mean Casino Guru agrees with it or endorses it in any way. We’re really happy to see players engaging in conversations, debating respectfully, and having fun doing so! That’s why we created this platform. However, we’ve noticed a growing trend – not just here, but across other platforms too – where some players, after losing money fairly in a casino, look for ways to get those funds back through their bank or payment provider, often by filing chargebacks or making false claims. We’d like to warn you: this behaviour is not only unfair – it’s also very risky! We’ve already seen and heard stories (here and elsewhere) of people who got into serious trouble trying to go down this route – including closed casino accounts across multiple platforms, closed bank accounts, debts, and even lawsuits (attempted fraud). Attempting fraud or misrepresenting the truth to a bank or provider is never a good idea and could have lasting consequences. So here’s our friendly appeal to all Casino Guru community members: Stand up against unfair and dishonest casinos. Use our Complaints Resolution Center if you need help – you don’t have to fight alone. But please don’t try to get back money you’ve fairly lost. It’s simply not worth the risk. Thanks for being part of our community – and have a great day!

Every time I get the answer that they can't find my transactions and I'm frustrated because I sent them all the possible proof🥹Can you help me understand what reference number you're talking about? Maybe it can help me too? Thank you

Anyone here with Chase bank going gambling / incorrect route being rejected than retrying to reopen the case under goods not received route being told that already case closed and cannot be reopen due to gambling? Already sent them proof that I contacted the merchant, but Chase bank still refused for gambling reason.

All of these companies, casinos, Visa, Mastercard, Banks, cowboy licences etc have to be exposed at length. There is criminality at play here and it's high time UK Banks realised what is actually happening. Expose the banks where chargebacks are failing in particular and show that it is contrary to the Visa/Mastercard rules and what they are saying publicly. They will soon take notice when they get a bit of bad press.

Okey, so I have now won multiple of my chargebacks, finally!

But after the couple last ones I'm getting called daily from UK, Sweden, Denmark, Netherlands, Austria and Switzerland..

One time I did answer, someone told they are from the UK Government (HM Treasury) and I owned money...

It can be random, but I believe these fraudsters calling me 3-4 times a day, have something to do about those chargebacks..

So my question is: are there other in the same boat as me now?

It's damn annoying. Saying my name when I answer and everything...

Can't block either since it's new number everytime, and it's not the typical Indian voice scam

Once you get a big sum back they are on you like vultures trying to get it back ! I just spam the texts and ignore and block calls I do not answer them let them ring out then google them it tells you its a scam

I've spoken with the FOS agent who denied my initial report, sent them a tonne of evidence despite them saying they didn't need it, the guardian article in regards to the illegal casinos and they've said i can appeal with a second agent, but i have to wait and that decision is final, also asked if they got chat logs from Chase and they didn't, i don't think they've investigated it as thoroughly as they should have. When the next agent is assigned i am going to go all in and provide evidence regardless of whether they ask etc, and ask if they've gathered everything from Chase again.

Chase customer support is horrendous, i think they see gambling and it's written off, FOS is probably the best way to proceed but they're 50/50
