A little warning here for the CG Community: Casino Guru is an open platform where everyone is free to share their thoughts and opinions. We believe in free speech and try to be as non-restrictive as possible. That said, please remember: just because something is posted on the forum doesn’t mean Casino Guru agrees with it or endorses it in any way. We’re really happy to see players engaging in conversations, debating respectfully, and having fun doing so! That’s why we created this platform. However, we’ve noticed a growing trend – not just here, but across other platforms too – where some players, after losing money fairly in a casino, look for ways to get those funds back through their bank or payment provider, often by filing chargebacks or making false claims. We’d like to warn you: this behaviour is not only unfair – it’s also very risky! We’ve already seen and heard stories (here and elsewhere) of people who got into serious trouble trying to go down this route – including closed casino accounts across multiple platforms, closed bank accounts, debts, and even lawsuits (attempted fraud). Attempting fraud or misrepresenting the truth to a bank or provider is never a good idea and could have lasting consequences. So here’s our friendly appeal to all Casino Guru community members: Stand up against unfair and dishonest casinos. Use our Complaints Resolution Center if you need help – you don’t have to fight alone. But please don’t try to get back money you’ve fairly lost. It’s simply not worth the risk. Thanks for being part of our community – and have a great day!

Personally I wouldn’t, you’re right they will probably make an account and do fake receipts etc! Your best off filing for chargeback

Did they first ask you to send them photos for their ID card, selfie, etc.?

Hello All,

Sadly in the position like a lot of us in this forum.

I’ve managed to dispute transactions with revolut going to a company called terrvers (used Donbet) I’ve raised a dispute.

Also managed to raise a dispute with nationwide going to these companies;

file

does anyone know what I should do in the meantime? Will these companies contest? How long will I be waiting to receive my funds back?

any help would be appreciated.

fileMegawin sent me this offering me £150 although I’d have to sign something probably to say I can’t go for any chargeback against any processors!

Not sure on the amount as I’m not entirely sure on the merchant codes associated with this site, but a lot more than £150

Also going through my emails I did actually email them over 10 times throughout may and June last year to close my account. Eventually they did but I did have £100 in my account that I never received so for them to offer £150 and say they weren’t in breach of their terms and conditions is funny

Ok I got 100 from ninebet they said that's all I put in obviously I excepted what they gave me because I didn't have access to argue but I didn't have to sign anything either.

I’ve been doing some more digging into fundof (ZPDG), my understanding is intergiro and them alongside another company went into partnership, intergiro provides cards which content creators get funded, they are members of visa and Mastercard, low and behold quickbit is also on that website as well, looked at their terms and conditions ‘business banking’ article 2B states that business’ and operations not not be involved in unlicensed casinos/gambling and unlicensed crypto! So I’m going down this route and sent them an email and also included fundof in it! We will see but so far I’ve had zero response from them so!

guys after the merchant disputed the claim, after less than 24 hours revolut informs me that it disputed the merchant's response. I raised a chargeback for over 12 transactions and they disputed only 4. to date the only sure way to get something is to dispute that you did not receive goods or services. Other ways the bank refuses to help you

I couldn’t find anything on them at all! I gave up and raised chargeback in end…. Was successful on the final day so I’m guessing they never tried to challenge it

Thanks for replying 😊

I'm glad you were successful!

Did you file the chargeback as services/goods not received?
